Yoga classes with Holly Knight
Mondays - Slow & Restorative (all levels) 6-7pmA very gentle, restorative, slow flow class honouring our sacred spirits. Taking time to restore the body, regain harmony and balance. Visiting our own teachings of the heart through a reflective state. Expect working with mudras, poetry and healing sounds.
Tuesdays - Intermediate Vinyassa 6.15-7.15pmA creative and dynamic ashtanga inspired flow class, building unity between the breath, body and mind. The internal heat from the breath creates purification in the body and the fluid movement creates a mediative flow calming the mind. Expect sprinklings of philosophy and insight.
Wednesdays - Beginner Vinyassa 6.15-7.15pmA dynamic ashtanga inspired flow class, building a steady even breath then inviting fluid movement into the body, calming the mind. This class attracts curious and brights spirits bringing a special energy into the shine room. Expect ethics in yoga and themes inline with nature.
Thursdays - Gentle Hatha (all levels) 6.15-7.15pmA slow flow hatha inspired class focussing on gently opening joints and deepening stretches encouraging a softer approach using props. Exploring with a slower state of breathing inviting a peaceful energy. Expect cosmic music, a nurturing touch and deep relaxation.
